The trainings typically focus on psycho-education around mental illness, crisis intervention team (C.I.T.) training, workplace violence, de-escalation techniques, tactical communication approaches, stalking behaviors, risk and pattern recognition, corporate liability (around these issues), safety considerations, communication and negotiating strategies, and security applications.
