STALKING CASES & CRIMINAL CASE CONSULTATIONS

WORK-RELATED, CELEBRITY & CORPORATE STALKINGS

Dr. Ryan Dunnigan and his colleagues provide expert opinions and consultations on workplace, high-profile, celebrity, and corporate executives or personnel stalking and harassment cases.  These consultations frequently focus on concerning patterns involving the invasion of a person's privacy, unwanted contact, bizarre and fear-instilling behaviors, and stalking pathology.  Behavioral analysis and dangerousness of the perpetrator is evaluated.  Safety and action plans are then formulated and implemented.  We regularly assist as liaisons between the clients and law enforcement achieving the level of response that is necessary and is, unfortunately, not always provided to victims by the legal system without our professional support and assessments.

We have successfully consulted and managed Stalking and Criminal Harassment-related cases for federal and state government agencies, public and private colleges and universities, public and private corporations, and other business entities throughout the United States.  Our specialized areas of expertise include political, celebrity, and business-related stalking and targeted harassment (both sexual and psychological in nature).

We do not specialize in "organized-group stalking" or "cyberstalking" and will not take them on as cases.

In addition to Stalking and Criminal Harassment cases, Dr. Dunnigan is an expert in the area of sexual and violent crimes.   This includes: paraphilias; fetishes, adult rape and sexual assault; and, violent criminal behavior including Robbery, Criminal Threats, Arson; Burglary, and Homicide (solo and serial).  He is called upon to provide insight and guidance to law enforcement agencies, legal teams, security teams, and private clients.
